Recently, Ben went out to sea with anchor Kate Capodanno to take part in the Navy's "Sailor for a Day" program. Over four days, he meticulously filmed everything from flying on an Osprey to the interior of a submarine to multiple interviews with sailors. Upon return, he edited Kate's scripts into the packages below.
